About Us
St John the Baptist Church is the parish church of Whitwick, Leicestershire. It is a historic church with lively worship and an active congregation of about 100 adults and children at morning worship (10am), and about 20 at the evening service (6pm).
The youth and children's ministry involves a range of regular Sunday and mid week activities including a playgroup and Crusaders. During the morning services Sunday Teams (ages 3-14) meet in the Church Hall except for the Family Service on the first Sunday of each month.
The adult ministry includes midweek homegroups, regular Alpha courses and a daily presence in the village through the Coffee shop on North Street, opposite Whitwick Health Centre
