There is a strong and active Churches Together made up from all the churches, of all denominations, in Whitwick and Thringstone.  Representatives of each church meet regularly to arrange combined spiritual and social events.

OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

That we all may express our oneness,
we undertake to :-

work to ensure that Ecumenism is a dimension of all we do as a Christian Community in Whitwick and Thringstone
develop ongoing links with each other’s Churches
provide educational and spiritual opportunities for adult formation on what it is to be Christians in Whitwick and Thringstone today
show others what it means to be Church and specifically local Church.

We are a people called to be a visible and active sign of the unity and life that God the Father offers to the human race through Jesus working in the Holy Spirit.
