Churches Together

There is a strong and active Churches Together made up from all the churches, of all denominations, in Whitwick and Thringstone.  Representatives of each church meet regularly to arrange combined spiritual and social events. .

Report from  Churches Together Meeting 4/8/08

The Social Issues Group Meeting with David Taylor MP has been brought forward from 19/9/08 to 5/9/08.  He will be speaking on Home Care for the Elderely.  It will be at St Andrew's Thringtsone at 7pm.

Thringstone Heritage Gala will be on Saturday 6th September at Thringstone Community Centre 10am-3pm.  There wil be many attracteions - see posters around.

Christian Praise - De Montfort Hall

Next Churches Together Prayer Meeting will be on Monday 18th August at 2pm at 101 Talbot St.
